Aim and Scope

Journal of Maritime Innovation and Sustainability (JMIS) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development across the maritime, marine, coastal, and ocean-related sectors. The Journal publishes original research, reviews, applied studies, technical contributions, and case analyses addressing the technological, environmental, economic, operational, social, and policy dimensions of maritime activity. JMIS encourages interdisciplinary research that connects engineering, technology, environmental science, economics, management, law, policy, and social sciences to address emerging maritime challenges and promote safer, more efficient, resilient, and sustainable maritime systems.
